My name is Rich Mennecke. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until our appointment. I have spent the better part of 30 years restoring historic homes. I am active in my community. Whether the home you are purchasing is brand new or 150 years old, it will receive the same detailed evaluation. I have learned much of what I know by doing, but I am also a firm believer in education. A house is comprised of many sub-systems that must work in concert with each other.
